The Arc 140T Mobile is a mobile integrated graphics solution by Intel, launched on January 13th, 2025. Built on the 5 nm process, and based on the Arrow Lake-H graphics processor, the device supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. This ensures that all modern games will run on Arc 140T Mobile. Additionally, the DirectX 12 Ultimate capability guarantees support for hardware-raytracing, variable-rate shading and more, in upcoming video games. It features 1024 shading units, 64 texture mapping units, and 32 ROPs. Also included are 128 tensor cores which help improve the speed of machine learning applications. The card also has 8 raytracing acceleration cores. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 300 MHz, which can be boosted up to 2350 MHz.
Its power draw is rated at 35 W maximum. Arc 140T Mobile is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 4.0 x8 interface.
